VISION

The Vision of the foundation is to be a world leading, non-governmental organization in preventing premature death from cardiovasader diseases through health education, health promotion, management and research.

MISSION

The Mission of the Foundation includes:

1). Organizing activities that will promote healthy life style for the prevention of Heart Diseases.

2). Leading the fight against heart diseases through heart health education, health promotion, early detection prompt and effective management.

3). To make people healthier and live longer through awareness creation, health promotion and research.

In order to achieve the above Vision and Mission, numerous activities and projects have been earmarked by the Foundation. They include:-

1). Organizing public enlightenment seminars and workshops on prevention of Heart Diseases within the communities, market places, in town halls, schools, corporate organization etc.

2). Organizing screening exercise of health conditions that can predispose to heart diseases such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity e.t.c

3). Mobilize funds and support for the prevention and treatment of heart diseases.

4). Support and promote research study on cardiovascular diseases.

5). Partner with other organizations with similar objectives both nationally and internationally.

6). Mobilize funds for the purchase of medical equipments for the investigation and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

7). Our long term goal is to build a world class cardiac center for the benefit of all Nigerians.
